SMOKING, NOISE & VISITORS: Guests can smoke outside, listen to music at a reasonable volume and bring outsiders with prior authorization.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE: No drugs or heavy drinking allowed.
ENERGY SAVING: Please help us save energy and water by not using more than necessary. Turn all fans, lights and other appliances off at all times if not in use and when leaving the house.
LAUNDRY – Feel free to use the washing machine in the bathroom and the clothes lines on the ground floor (behind the steps).
DOORS/WINDOWS –Flaps can be used to ventilate the rooms. To prevent damage to your belongings and the property’s equipment, all doors and windows should be closed and locked before going to bed at night or leaving the house.
EQUIPMENT ON PROPERTY – Please keep the rocking chair and hammock away from areas where it might rain. When cooking with pots & pans, only use wooden or plastic spatula spoons to prevent damaging or scratching pots & pans interior.
CLEANLINESS – The premises are cleaned, towels and bed linen changed before and after each guest arrival and departure, as well as every Tuesday. To help us keep the place tidy and pleasant for everyone, please rinse with hose and outside shower when coming back from the beach and store produce inside the fridge; kitchen vegetable cupboard or in closed plastic boxes at all times to avoid attracting insects.
OTHER – Our guests can have full use of the bathroom and kitchen facilities provided on the upper villa and can rest assured that their privacy will be respected upstairs.
When coming with a group, have other persons aware of the house rules.
